Research on the Mechanism of Regional Innovation Network in Western China Based on ERGM: A Case Study of Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle

Innovation is the engine for sustainable development of cities and regions, an innovation perspective used to study collaborative relationship between regional evolution mechanism network formation. Based on social analysis method spatial method, we explore characteristics research cooperation its pattern, as well analyze formation using exponential random graph model. The finds that scale expanding, overall density gradually increasing, but nodes are loosely linked, in stage deepening development. There heterogeneity network, with a dumbbell-shaped distribution “double-core dominance central collapse”. During endogenous structure multi-connected under path dependence, tends be complicated; economic strength scientific capability multi-dimensional proximity have positive influence geographical proximity, cognitive can promote intra-regional cooperation.
